| 摘 要： | 通过献资料研究，对体育院校的学生就业问题进行了分析。阐述了体育院校学生就业现状及未来就业市场走势。从体育院校学生就业的特点及现代人才模式特征和现代人才观入手，针对体育院校学生就业提出了体育院校学生就业的应对措施。
