| 摘 要： | 学科馆员是具有某种学科背景同时受到过文献情报专业训练，向特定学科领域的用户提供深层次、个性化信息获取与利用服务的复合型专业人才，在满足教学与科研的同时发挥自身的优势，立足高校，面向社会。这是摆在当前高校图书馆工作者面前的一个值得探讨的问题；学科馆员要“以服务为宗旨”，不断提升服务社会的水平。深化社会服务的内涵，架起高校与社会之间的时代桥梁。
