| Abstract: | In the late-developing advantage theory perspective,there are channels and possibilities of rapid development in the western libraries.The thesis investigated the backwardness of the western libraries,analysed the late-developing advantage of development of the western libraries,emphasized technical and institutional advantage of the western libraries to bring about development by leaps and bounds,and intensive studied the ways to carry out leap-forward development of the western libraries. |
