| 摘 要： | 临沂商城的快速发展产生了巨大物流需求，带动了临沂物流行业空前快速的发展。临沂邮政物流拥有品牌、网络、资源方面的优势，也存在体制、价格、速度方面的劣势。因此，临沂邮政服务商城物流，必须充分整合邮政内部资源，理顺邮政物流业务；利用邮政物流品牌资源整合外部资源，建立有竞争力的供应链；依托邮政储蓄银行，大力发展物流金融业务；加快物流信息化建设，提高公司核心竞争力；拓展增值服务，寻找新的利润增长点：通过产学研合作提升临沂邮政物流的管理水平。
