| 摘 要： | 由于历史条件的限制，马克思和恩格斯未能对人民自治理论展开论述。而列宁根据苏维埃国家前七年的政治实践经验，继承并发展了马恩的人民自治理论，特别强调要广泛地吸收群众参与管理国家和社会事务，从而丰富和具体化了马克思主义的人民自治理论。

| Abstract: | Due to the limitation of historical conditions,Marx and Engle could not elaborate on the theory of People's Autonomy further.According to the political practice of the Soviet countries in the first seven years,Lenin inherited and developed Marx and Engle's theory of People's Autonomy,especially emphasizing that the masses should take part in the management of the national and social affairs on a large scale.He enriched and embodied Marxist theory of People's Autonomy |
