| 摘 要： | 我国实行博士后制度20多年来取得了很大成绩,但也存在诸多问题.在问卷调查和召开座谈会的基础上,对中国科学院博士后工作中存在的主要问题进行了系统深入的分析和研究,并从国家层面、中科院层面和研究所层面提出了具体的政策建议.

| Abstract: | Postdoctoral system has been practiced for 21 years in China,which has many success and problems. Based on the questionnaire and symposium,main problems in Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) were analyzed and studied deeply,policy suggestions were put forward in national,CAS,and institute level. |
