| 摘 要： | 随着经济发展和社会的进步，人类发展与人口、资源、环境之间的矛盾越来越突出，可持续发展已成为全世界的共识。可持续发展包括可持续生产与可持续消费两部分。本文从以下三个方面谈谈对中国实施可持续消费的认识，即可持续消费的内涵、中国实施可持续消费面临的问题及实施可持续消费的对策。

| Abstract: | With the progress of economic development and the society, the contradiction among human development, the population, resources and environment becomes more and more conspicuous, sustainable development has already become the common understanding in the whole world. Sustainable development includes two parts ,namely sustainable production and sustainable consumption. This text has a talk to sustainable understanding from the following three respects, namely the intension of sustainable consumption,the problems faced up with the implementing in sustainable consumption in China, the countermeasures for sustainable consumption. |
