| 摘 要： | 通过对北方高职院校冰雪运动开展及现状的调研,提出课程设置不科学、场地和器材严重不足、师资力量匮乏和安全问题等影响因素;指出利用好现有的条件,大力开发课程资源建设,立足于主观能动性,采取多渠道拓展资金和资源利用率,加强培训与考核工作,提高教师的业务能力,丰富冰雪教学方法,挖掘及整理民族传统冰雪运动项目加强冰雪运动的安全教育,做好预防措施等对策,为广大高职院校体育教育工作者提供参考。
