| 摘 要： | 法治和德治是两类功能不同但又相辅相成、相互促进、相得益彰的治国方略。在我国历史上,曾经长期存在着理论上的纠葛,实践中也实行不好。在现代中国,两者有着本质和作用的一致性,应当有机地统一起来,目前,我们更应注意如何把道德建设提高到和法制建设同等重要的位置上。

The combination of"Governing the Country by Morality" and "Governing the Country by Law"is an innovation and perfection of the Party's general national policy of " Country by People ". |
