| 摘 要： | 编辑的素质是影响期刊质量的核心因素之一。一支政治敏锐、职业道德高尚、专业水平高、业务技能强、综合素质优的编辑队伍是期刊可持续发展的重要保证。社科期刊的编辑人员，必须努力提高自身的政治素质、业务素质以及职业道德素质。政治素质是社科期刊编辑人员的首要素质，业务素质是社科期刊编辑人员的核心素质，职业道德素质是社科期刊编辑人员的基础素质。

| Abstract: | The quality of editors is one of the key factors influencing the quality of journals. An editor team with politic-sensitive, high professional ethicsl, professionally competent, and good overall quality is the guarantee for the sustainable development of the journal. Editors for social journals should make great efforts to improve their qualities in politics,profession and professional ethics. Political quality is the priority of quality training for social journal editors. Professional quality is the key quality while the professional ethics quality is the fundamental quality for social journal editors. |
