广东省雷电风险区划研究

摘    要:以广东省1999-2013年雷电监测数据作为数据来源,采用数理统计方法,研究分析全省雷电密度、电流强度和时间分布特征,结果显示广东省雷电活动特征明显,规律性强,每年有数百万次雷电发生,以广州为中心的珠三角区域雷电密度分布密集,粤东和粤西分布则相对稀疏,全省平均雷电密度值为13.91次/(km2?a);电流强度则以珠三角沿海一带稍微高些,全省平均雷电流为25.29k A;时间上则具有明显的集中性特征,月分布主要集中在5-9月,占总数的89.5%,时段分布则在午后至傍晚13∶00-19∶00,占总数的62.0%。通过研究发现,雷电风险与地形地貌、雷暴日、雷电密度、雷电流强度、雷电灾害、城市经济发展等因素有关,根据这些因素,利用加权综合评价法和层次分析法,形成相关评价指标,建立雷电风险计算模型,采用GIS空间分析方法,进行雷电风险区域等级划分,得出低风险区、次低风险区、中等风险区、次高风险区和高风险区。湛江北部为高风险区,广州、东莞南部、佛山东部为次高风险区,深圳、惠州、中山、清远南部为中风险区,粤东、粤北为低风险区,其它地区为低风险和次低风险区。

Abstract:Lightning monitoring data for Guangdong over 15 years was used to analyze the lightning density,current intensity and distribution of time. We found that the average lightning density is 13.91 per km2 per year. The strength of the current in the Pearl River Delta coastal area is slightly higher,and the average lightning current is 25.29kA. The time concentration characteristic is obvious,the monthly distribution is mainly concentrated in the 5th to 9th months,accounting for 89.5% of the total. The period distribution in the afternoon to evening is 13:00-19:00 h, accounting for 62% of the total. According to lightning risks related to topography,thunderstorm, lightning density,intensity of lightning current,lightning disaster and city economic development we used a weighted comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process. We found that North Zhanjiang is a high risk area;Guangzhou,southern Dongguan and Eastern Foshan forms secondary high risk areas;Shenzhen,Huizhou,Zhongshan and southern Qingyuan are medium risk regions;the north and east of Guangdong are low risk areas.
