| 摘 要： | 针对近几年出现的大学生就业难的问题,我国各级政府采取了一系列政策,在一定程度上解决了大学生就业难这一问题。但是,由于我国处于社会的转型期,原有的计划经济体制的影响阻碍着一些政策的实施。另外,区域差异、城乡差别也阻碍着人才的流动。因此,要解决当前我国大学生就业问题,从国家方面讲,就要深化体制改革,加大经济建设力度,为广大毕业生提供良好的就业环境;从个人方面讲,就要努力提高自身素质以适合社会的需要。

| Abstract: | China has taken some policies in order to solve problems of college students having difficulty in obtaining employments. These policies obtain some achievements to some degree. However, our country is transforming from planned economy to market economy and the old system prevents new policies from carrying into execution. On the other hand, differences in areas and differences between cities and countries counteract the flow of talents. As for central and local governments, they should deepen innovation of systems and improve economic development. As for individuals, we should work hard in order to be fit for the need of society. |
