| 摘 要： | 《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》颁发后，正好遇上我国为拉动消费进行大规模产业和基础设施投资，珠三角新一轮大投资由此拉开序幕。新一轮投资之后，珠三角的产业将发生比较大的变化，如汽车、造船等将成为广州的支柱产业，石油化工将成为惠州、珠海的支柱产业。面对珠三角的兴起，深圳在城市定位方面仍要坚持“国际化城市”，以保持建立特区以来的连续性。在产业方面，要巩固和强化电子信息产业的地位。深圳虽然有四大支柱产业，但电子信息产业属于“一业独大”。在珠三角各城市都将电子信息产业作为第一大产业时，深圳仍选择这一产业，主要有两个依据：一是虽然其他城市电子信息产业规模大，但深圳更大；二是虽然其他城市电子信息产业层次较高，但深圳更高。

| Abstract: | The release of Guidelines for Reform and Development Plan of Pearl River Delta coincides with investment pouring in Pearl River Delta in a national consumption stimulation drive. After this round of investment, the industry mix is changed dramatically with auto and shipmaking industries taking the lead in Guangzhou, petrol and chemical industries as pillar industries in Huizhou and Zhuhai. Under this background, Shenzhen should maintain its role as an international city for sustainable development. In terms of industry, Shenzhen should make great efforts to strengthen and expand the IT industry, which stands out among Shenzhen＇s four pillar industries, and enjoys the cutting edges for its scale and sophistication. |
