灯盏花素片中灯盏乙素含量的HPLC法测定

摘    要:灯盏乙素是从中药灯盏花中提取的黄酮类有效成分。用HPLC法测定灯盏花素片中灯盏乙素的含量,采用C8反相柱,流动相为乙腈∶水∶醋酸∶2%磷酸=20∶77.5∶2.0∶0.5(V/V)的混合溶液,流速1.2ml/min,检测波长335nm。该方法在0.03-0.24μg的范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.05%,相对标准偏差是1.9%。此方法快速、简便,准确,可用于灯盏乙素的含量测定。

Abstract:Breviscapine is an active extract of flavonoids from traditional Chinese medicine Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.).An HPLC method for the determination of seutellarin in beviscapine tablets is reported.The sample is analyzed on a C8 column with a mobile phase containing acetonitrile(20%),water(77.5%),HAc(2%) and 2% H3PO4(0.5%).The flow rate and detection wavelength are 1.2 mL/min and 335 nm respectively.The calibration curve shows a good linearity within the range of 0.03-0.24μg.The average recovery is 98.05% and RSD is 1.9%.Being simple,rapid and accurate,this method can be used in the quantitative determination of scutellarin.
