| 摘 要： | 服务区域新农村建设,是地方高职院校承担着的历史使命和面临着的时代机遇。地方高职院校对区域新农村建设承担着培养高技能人才、促进农民素质提高和农村劳动力转移、优化农村环境、提高农村民主管理等多种功能,高职院校必须充分发挥自身功能,通过办学观念转变、服务战略调整、加强校地双向互动等措施,整体推进区域新农村建设。

| Abstract: | New rural construction in the service area is the historical mission that the local higher vocational colleges should take and is also a great opportunity in the era.As for new rural construction in the service area,the local vocational colleges undertake multiple tasks such as： cultivation of talents,bettering the qualities of the farmers and expediting the transfer of labor force,optimizing the environment of the countryside,improving the democratic management of the countryside and so on.Thus higher vocational colleges should make full of its function to speed up the new rural construction of the region wholly from the following aspects： the conversion of school-running ideas,the adjustment of service strategies and strengthening the interaction between colleges and the local place. |
