| 摘 要： | 信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势，信息已被各国看做是现代社会的重要战略资源，信息资源是信息化建设的核心。由于过去的客观条件，高校管理中的各个信息系统是分散开发或引进的，各部门间、各系统间信息不畅通，自成体系，没有进行统筹兼顾，信息无法实现有效共享。其主要原因是缺乏全校层面信息化建设的整体信息资源规划。而只有进行信息资源规划，才能建立统一的数据标准，实现全校信息资源的优化管理，从而带动高校整体管理水平的提升。

| Abstract: | Informationization is the mainstream of the world economy and social development. Information has already been regarded as an important strategic resource by all the countries in modern society. Information resource is the core of informationization construction. For the objective conditions in the past, the information system in college management is developed or brought in separately. The information of each department and system is blocked and forms a system of their own. A unified planning with due consideration for all concerned is not carried out and the effective share can not be achieved. The main reason lies in the lack of whole information resource planning of the informationization construction in terms of the whole college. Only by information resource planning can a unified data criterion be established. Meanwhile, the betterment of the information resource management of the whole college can be brought about. Consequently, the whole managing standard of colleges will rise. |
