| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法,对行为科学介入体育教练员行为研究的目的意义、研究现状、研究思路进行了较详尽的阐述;在前人研究的基础上,界定出“教练员行为’’的概念及其内涵和外延,并初步构建了“教练员行为”理论研究的基本框架。
