院校教育观念更新的内涵解读与策略思考

摘    要:观念更新意味着对客观现实的重新认识和加工改造,是个体原有"认知结构"的改变和"思维定势"的打破。教育观念更新具有"过程的融合性"、"内容的层次性"、"实施的反复性"、"机制的综合性"等特点,当前院校在更新观念过程中,必须避免"表面化"、"孤立化"、"简单化"、"模糊化"的误区,实施目标牵引、理论先行、开放借智、互动反思、模式创新的策略。

Abstract:The idea renewal means to have a new understanding of the reality.It is a change in the original recognition or a break of the fixed pattern of thinking.The renewal of educational idea is characterized by synthetic procedure,the arrangement of content,repetitive implementation and synthetic mechanism.In the renewal of the idea,the misunderstanding of superficiality,isolation,simplification and blur must be avoided.The tactics such as the orientation,theory antecedence,intelligence in-draught,reflection and pattern innovation.
