| 摘 要： | “制度让想犯错的人犯不了错,文化让有机会犯错的人不愿意犯错.”中国古代也有防止贪腐的监察制度,可以想见的是,这种监察制度一般不会比现代的民主制度更有效,然而中国古代政治社会中的贪腐现象虽不能说绝对没有,但却绝没有到当代这种肆无忌惮的地步.这就需要考察中国文化中的哪部分发挥了“让有机会犯错的人不愿意犯错”的作用.中国文化本质上是一种诗性文化,中国古来是诗歌大国.这种诗性文化的背景所形成的文化的“场效应”能使许多中国古代官员因良好的、高雅的君子文化教养即使有机会犯错,而一般都能克制自己免于陷入贪腐的泥潭.然而这个伟大的文化传统被现代中国人抛弃了.

| Abstract: | "System to allow mistakes made no mistake,Culture that have a chance to make mistakes people do not want to make mistakes." The ancient Chinese also prevent corruption supervision system,can see is,the supervisory system is generally not more effective than modern democratic system,but China ancient social and political corruption within although cannot say no,but no contemporary this act recklessly and care for nobody.This requires the investigation of Chinese culture which part of the play "let's have the opportunity to make people not willing to make mistakes" role.Chinese culture is essentially a poetic culture in Chinese ancient poetry,is a big country.The poetic culture background formed by the culture of the "field effect" can make a lot of ancient Chinese officials for good,elegant gentleman culture even if there is a chance to make mistakes,and generally refrain from falling into the corrupt mire.However,the great cultural tradition by modern Chinese abandoned. |
