| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育由于其浓郁的民族特色和传统文化色彩已经深深地融入人们的生活之中,但随着社会现代化的发展,现代体育运动越来越盛行,民族传统体育运动的发展正面临严峻的挑战.通过对恩施土家族、苗族民族传统体育基本现状进行分析,从整体上对该地区民族传统体育的发展趋势和对策进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | With the development of modernized society,the modern athletics becomes more prevail so that it is to be the challenge of traditional one although the national traditional athletics has deeply become a very important part of people's lives as a result of its distinctive national feature and traditional culture.This article is to overally probe the developing trend and countermeasures of traditional athletics in Enshi's tujia and Miao nationality through analyzing its basic present situation. |
