《模拟公司实训》课程改革与实践

摘    要:《模拟公司实训》课程以岗位职业标准和真实的工作过程为基础,以市场为依托,融"教、学、做"为一体,强调教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性,以培养学生的职业能力为核心。学生在模拟训练中可经历全部业务操作过程,了解和弄清营销各环节之间的联系,根据产品和服务项目的不同定位,按照现实经济活动中通行的做法进行市场营销业务过程的模拟活动。通过边学边训,边训边用的训练,学生能直接获取职业经验,培养职业素质和职业能力。促使学生去感触市场这只无形的手,主动积极地去了解市场,探索市场的运行规则和规律。

Reform and Practice of the Course Simulated Company Practice
Abstract:Based on the post professional standards and the real working process,relied upon the market,and mixed together with "teaching,learning and practice",the course Simulated Company Practice emphasizes the practicality,openness and professionalism,and takes the students'professional abilities as the core.In the process of their simulated practice,the students can experience the whole professional operation course,get to know the relations among various market links,and based on the different orientations of products and service items,carry through the simulated activities of marketing operation course according to current practice in real economic activities.Through the exercitation of learning over training and training over using,the students can directly acquire some professional experience,cultivate their professional qualities and abilities,all of which may urge the students to feel "the invisible hand"-the market,actively understand the market and probe into the running rules and laws of the market.
