| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,本文认为建立中国特色的体育赛事运作管理模式是中国“体育竞赛表演业”发展历史的必然;它的精义蕴涵于“理”、“法”、“情”三者间的辨证发展关系中,亦可理解为“理”为先,“法”为据,“情”为辅;建立中国特色的体育赛事运作管理模式应注意7个方面内容:管理文化对话语境的创设、中国管理哲学意蕴的传承、管理理论的二重性、节约与可持续发展、经济发展水平与公民素质、伦理道德意识的重塑、运动竞技水平差异。此为中国特色的体育赛事运作管理模式建立的根本之所在。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review,the authors of this paper believe that it is inevitable for the historic development of China's sports contests and performance to establish the mode of operational management in sports events with Chinese characteristics.Its implication lies in the relationship of ethics,regulation and emotion.In other words,this relationship can be translated in the way that ethics is the priority,regulation the base,while emotion is the role of an assistant.There are seven aspects that should be taken note of in establishing the kind of mode of management:the creation of the condition for the communication of management culture,the inheritance of the implication of the Chinese philosophy in management,the dual nature of the theory of management,the issue of thrifty and sustainable development,the level of economic development and the quality of citizens,the rebuilding of the sense of ethnic and the discrepancy of the level of sports competitions,which are all the basis for establishing the mode of management in sports events with Chinese characteristics. |
