摘    要:探讨过度训练对大鼠血浆白细胞介素的影响及谷氨酰胺(Gln)的干预作用,采用模拟过度训练大鼠模型,观察训练后大鼠血浆白细胞介素的变化。结果显示:过度训练可以导致大鼠血浆白细胞介素-1和白细胞介素-6明显增加(P〈0.05),白细胞介素2稍有下降,但无显著性差异。补充Gln可使过度训练大鼠血浆白细胞介素-1进一步升高(P〈0.01),白细胞介素6明显增加(P〈0.05),而较单纯运动组有下降趋势,但无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of overtraining and supplement glutamine on the interleukin of blood plasma in rat. The overtraining rat model and the immunohistochemical to chemical were used in this experimentation. The result shows that there was no abnormal change on the interleukin-2 of blood plasma in overtraining group and overtraining with glutamine group after overtraining, but the interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 of blood plasma in overtraining group and overtraining with glutamine group after overtraining were significant increase compared with the control group. The interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 of blood plasma in overtraining with glutamine group after overtraining were significant increase compared with the overtraining group.
