| 摘 要： | 高师本科生毕业论文质量出现了滑坡现象。其原因主要表现在:(1)受现存教育体制中传统教育观念和应试教育的影响;(2)毕业论文管理制度不完善,写作时间安排欠妥;(3)学生重视不够,心情浮躁;(4)师资不足,答辩不严,指导不力;(5)选题不当,观点陈旧,创新不足。解决策略如下:(1)树立正确的毕业论文研究价值取向;(2)严格开题、指导、评审与答辩制度;(3)实行"一体化"的毕业论文指导方式;(4)全面实施指导教师负责制;(5)建立指导毕业论文的灵活机制。 |

| Abstract: | The Thesis Level of the College graduates in the Normal University is dropping.The causes are as fol-lows:(1) It was affected by the traditional education concept and examination-oriented education in the present educa-tional system;(2) The management system of Graduation thesis is not perfect,and the writing time isn't appropriate;(3) The students don't take it seriously;(4) The teachers are not sufficient nor strict in thesis defense;(5) The selected topics of the thesis are not appropriate,and the views are out of date and short of originality.The countermeasures are as follows:(1)The students should set up correct value concept for the graduation thesis;(2) The rules of thesis beginning,guiding,estimating and defense should be strict.(3) The thesis system should be put into effect;(4) We should carry out the teacher-responsible system;(5) We should set up flexible graduation thesis system. |
