| 摘 要： | 现代社会。随着科技的飞速发展和人类生活方式的急剧改变，科学的“双刃剑”作用亦愈加突出。对此。科学家、企业与政府都有责任。建立约束科学行为的职业规范，增强科学家与企业家的职业责任感，是防止因科技的不当应用给人类带来灾难性后果的需要。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of scientific technology and the rapid transformation of human lifestyle in modern society, the double-edge sword of science has grown more and more prominent, for which scientists, enterprisers and governments all have responsibility. To establish professional code of scientific conduct and strength the sense of professional responsibility of scientists and enterprisers is not only necessary for social development but also for preventing the disastrous consequences in human society. |
