| 摘 要： | 共产党的党性是最高尚德性的集中体现，党性教育具有伦理本性。从伦理视角看，高校青年教师党员党性教育的创新，应坚持师德教育和党性教育两手抓，以师德促党性，拓展党性教育渠道；应强化党史教育，采取灵活多样的方式以史育人；应促进党性教育人性化，以人性提升党性；应以现代技术为媒介，提升党性教育手段的科技化水平。

| Abstract: | Party spirit education has ethical nature. From a practical perspective, combined with the actuality of young party member teachers of university, explored the innovation path of party spirit of young party member teachers of university, the author puts forward： to promote the party spirit education by moral education of the teachers, we should expand the channels, adhere to moral education of and party spirit education; we should educate them by history, adopt various flexible ways. To strengthen history education and party spirit of humanity, we should promote the party spirit with humanity and use modern technology as the medium to enhance the level of science and technology of party spirit education methods. |
