| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的快速发展,高等职业教育已经成为我国高等教育不可或缺的重要组成部分,并在经济社会与现代化发展中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。与快速发展的高等职业教育相比,作为职业教育的重要一环,学生的职业核心能力培养明显滞后,制约了我国高等职业院校人才培养工作的健康有序开展。笔者试图从我国高等职业教育人才培养现状,分析影响高职院校职业核心能力培养的主要因素,为高职人才培养提出可行性对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of socialist economy, the higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education in our country, and plays an important and irreplaceable role in the economic society and the modernization development. Compared with the rapid development of the higher vocational education, an important part of the vocational education, the CCVC of students obviously lags behind. This restricted the h~＇althy and orderly development of the colleges＇ talents training. The author attempts to analyze the main i~tfluencing factors, and put forward some feasible suggestions for it. |
