| 摘 要： | 通过实验法和文献资料法,选取测定了与运动负荷和身体机能有关的血红蛋白(Hb)、血尿素(BNU)、血睾酮(T)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)等生化指标,对陕西省优秀男子举重运动员高原训练期间运动负荷及机能状态进行监测和评定.结果显示:队员基本适应训练计划负荷并能在高原训练期表现出良好的状态.

| Abstract: | With the methods of experiment and documentary review,biochemistry indices are chosen such as HB,BUN,T/C,CK,which are connected with motion load and body enginery.Excellent Shaanxi male lifters' motion load and enginery during highland training period are monitored and evaluated.Young athletes adapt to the training load and are able to perform well during highland training period. |
