摘    要:当前高职院校在教师绩效考核方面存在一些问题,严重地影响到教师绩效管理的水平。为了提高教师绩效考核的实效性,高职院校应当吸纳教师一起参与制定目标,将"自我管理、自我控制"的目标管理理念导入到高职院校教师绩效考核中去,这对于实现考核与激励的良性循环发展及教师绩效管理水平的提高都具有重要的意义。

On the Performance Evaluation of Vocational College Teachers Based on Objective Management

Abstract:Nowadays, there exist some problems about the performance evaluation of vocational col- lege teachers, which seriously affect the management level of performance evaluation. In order to im- prove the efficiency and effect, vocational colleges should take in some teachers to work out some goals, putting the thoughts of self--management and self--control into the performance evaluation of vocation- al college teachers, which has an important impact on the proper development of evaluation and motiva- tion and the improvement of the management level of evaluation.
