摘    要:介绍了一种基于RS485网络的手腕带使用状况在线监测系统。该系统能够应用在多工位、大厂区环境中,实时监测单、双回路手腕带状况、现场声光报警,并通过RS485网络上传到上位机处;上位机系统采用虚拟仪器LabWindows/CVI软件设计完成,完成信息实时显示、报警、记录及分析功能:其具有很高的市场推广价值。

Abstract:One on-line wrist strap condition monitor system which based on RS485 is introduced.This system can be used in multiplex work positions and large workshop to monitor the condition of wrist strap and alarm in work position and monitor computer at one time.Software is designed by LabWindows/CVI to realize functions of showing,alarm,data saving and analysis.It owns good marketing value.
