中小学教师培训课程建设研究

摘    要:本文以上海市新农村教师专业发展培训项目为例,从培训课程建设的角度解析了教师在职培训课程开发的模式与特色,分析提出了后学历补偿时代教师在职培训的重新定位,概括提出了课程开发团队要着力追求教师在职培训所有相关者集思广益的团队效应的主张,点明了高校为中小学在职教师培训量身定制课程以及广大教研员从课程建设的角度加强自身能力建设的实践意义。
