| 摘 要： | 在我国大力发展职业教育的背景下,完善职业教育立法制度被提上日程。发达国家职业教育立法制度的成功经验对我国有一定的参考价值。文章主要从几个发达国家职业教育的立法程序、立法管理、立法保障和立法趋势几个方面展开探讨,以期对我国职业教育立法提供参考。
