| 摘 要： | 为了缓解普通高校扩招政策给图书馆工作带来的压力,图书馆学生馆员应运而生。近几年来,针对学生馆员的研究也逐渐趋热,学界对该课题主要从以下五个方面进行了研究:学生馆员存在的背景、学生馆员的分类、学生馆员任职机制、学生馆员存在的意义和学生馆员现存的问题及对策。至于其中存在的不足,主要体现在理论方法、研究内容和研究者的队伍等方面。
