新时期高职院校图书馆服务创新探讨

摘    要:首先探讨了服务创新的必要性,信息技术时代,图书馆服务必须适应时代发展。其次讨论了图书馆服务创新的几个方面,包括服务观念、内容、手段等。然后提出了一些创新的手段,图书馆综合功能中心的建设,结合高职院校学生的共性特点开展多层次互动服务,设置会议展览空间利于学生开展课外活动,专业化的馆员服务,个性化服务等。最后给出了创新是否成功的标准,读者是否满意,读者的利用率是否高。

Abstract:First discussed the necessity of service innovation,in information technology era,the library service must adapt to the development of The Times.Then discusses the connotation of service innovation,including the service idea innovation,service content innovation,service methods,such as innovation.And then puts forward some means of innovation,the library multifunctional center environment construction and the application,combined with the general characteristics of higher vocational college students develop multi-level interactive services,set the conference and exhibition space to favor the student in the second classroom activity,the specialized librarians’ service,personalized service,etc.The innovation is given the success of the standard,readers are satisfied,the utilization rate of readers is high.
