| 摘 要： | 针对行业、企业岗位要求,在教育部ICT产教融合创新基地开设职业素质课、创新创业课程,聘请行业、企业工程师为创新创业导师,开设"如何获取人生第一个专利"系列讲座,校企合作共建创新创业教材,大力开展创新创业教育。校企深度合作三年来,在专业建设、教研教改、人才培养方案、混编师资队伍建设、学生管理和职业素质培养、学生工程项目管理能力培养等方面取得了一系列的教学成果。

| Abstract: | Huaiyin Institute of Technology,together with ZTE and Beijing Huasheng Jingshi Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,have established an innovative base for the integration of ICT education and education aiming at the specialty of communication engineering and Internet of Things.According to the post requirements of enterprises in the industry,vocational quality courses and innovative entrepreneurship courses are offered,industry and enterprise engineers are employed as innovative entrepreneurship mentors,a series of lectures on "how to obtain the first patent in life" are offered,and innovative entrepreneurship teaching materials are constructed jointly by schools and enterprises,and innovative entrepreneurship education is vigorously carried out.In the past three years,school-enterprise cooperation has achieved a series of teaching results in professional construction,teaching reform,personnel training program,mixed faculty construction,student management and professional quality training,and student project management ability training. |
