| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生思想政治教育对我国技术人才的培养起着至关重要的作用,根据目前高职院校学生思想政治教育情况,本文认为:只有自组织系统与被组织系统共同作用,高职院校学生思想政治教育遵循两者的矛盾统一,才能提高其思想政治教育的质量.
