| 摘 要： | 电子期刊和传统期刊并存的局面给期刊订购带来了一定困难，通过对比分析二者的优缺点，提出期刊订购在坚持权威性、系统性、连续性等传统原则基础上，还应确立期刊大资源观，注重互补性、实用性、协调性、质量选择性、利用免费电子期刊充实馆藏等原则。

| Abstract: | The coexisting of the electron journal and the tradition journal has brought about certain difficulty. The advantages and shortcomings are analysed by contrast. The paper put forwards that tradition principle bases such as authority, systematicness, continuity should be insisted, and big journal resource principle such as attaching importance to the complementarity, pragmatism, coordination, mass selectivity, making use of the flee electronic journal should be established. |
