摘    要:人是一种价值存在。在人的全面发展与社会的物质明和精神明的发展这一“永无止境”的过程中,人精神和人关怀起了巨大的促进作用。坚持“以人为本”必须树立现代教育发展观念,坚持教育公正和教育人道主义,强化教育崇善和民主意识,增强教师自身的亲和力。

Abstract:Man is a kind of existence of value. In the eternal process of the development of human beings and of the material progress and cultural and ideological progress, the spirit of the humanism has played the key role. To stick to humanism, we must hold the view of the modern educational development, perisist in the educational justice and the educational humanitarianism, strengthen the educational humanism and democratic consciousness and fill education with more affinity.
