| 摘 要： | 独立学院的组织起源、组织结构、组织制度、组织属性等方面具有明显的特征,这给独立学院教育质量保障既带来了积极的影响,也带来了消极的影响.独立学院必须针对组织特征完善教育质量保障系统,不断提高教育质量.

Independent institute must make improvements to orgnazational characteristics, ceaselessly enhancing educational quality. |
