| 摘 要： | 刮泥机是城镇污水处理厂、工业污水处理中常用的沉淀池刮泥设备。针对一般的固定式和拖拽式结构的刮泥装置在运行时遇到的问题,设计了带有可调装置刮泥总成的周边传动刮泥机。该型刮泥机设计新颖,具有刮泥彻底、对池底形状适应性强的特点,可解决现有刮泥机的刮泥装置在阻力过大时不能自行调节、因自身质量过小而不能有效刮除板结、过厚污泥层的技术问题。该型机适用于各行业污水处理,将促进污水处理技术的发展,使污水得到进一步的控制,经济效益和生态环境效益明显,具有广阔的市场前景。

| Abstract: | In view of the general stationary and the structure of the drag-and-drop stripper device at run time, the problem of design with an adjustable device scraping mud surrounding transmission mud scraper assembly. The mud scraper type design, with scraping mud completely, the bottom shape the characteristics of strong adaptability, can solve the existing mud scraper scraping mud device when the resistance is not adjust themselves, because of their quality is too small and cannot effectively scrape and harden, too thick sludge layer technical problems. This type of machine is suitable for industry wastewater treatment, will promote the development of wastewater treatment technology, makes a further control of sewage, obvious economic benefits and ecological environment benefit, and has broad market prospects. |
