| 摘 要： | 城市化率不仅直接反映一个地区的城市化水平,还对一个国家和地区的城市化发展起着导向作用,设计一个科学合理的城市化率就显得尤为重要。通过理论与实践层面的分析,目前采用的按"户籍人口"和"常住人口"得出的城市化率具有不准确、不科学、不稳定等缺陷,可以按"从事职业"及"生活来源"作为划分市民和农民的主要依据,并以此计算城市化率,这种新的城市化率有利于统筹城乡发展、有利于我国城市化水平的稳步提高,便于操作、真实可靠。

| Abstract: | Urbanization Rate not only reflects an area urbanization level directly, but also plays a leading role in the urbanization development of a country and a region. Therefore, it is particularly important to design a scientific and reasonable Urbanization Rate. In this paper, based on the analyze from theory and practice, the author points out that it＇s not accurate, scientific, and instable to get the Urbanization Rate by the ＂population＂ and ＂resident population＂. But taking ＂occupation＂ and ＂source of life＂ as the main basis for dividing the public and farmers and to calculate urbanization rate is better. At the same time, the author believes that the new Urbanization Rate has many advantages. It will be conducive to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. It will be helpful in improving urbanization level steadily. It is also easy in operation and reliable. |
