| 摘 要： | 票据管理作为学校财务管理的重要组成部分,其管理的质量直接影响到学校的办学层次和办学规模。立足于高职院校票据管理现状,应该提高认识、充分重视票据管理工作,细化票据管理制度、规范票据使用流程,加强预开性票据追踪管理,利用现代信息化管理手段、提高票据管理水平,规范学校的收费行为。为应对复杂的票据管理,设计出一套涵盖票据领购、发放、使用、票款核对、相应的账务处理、保管、核销等关键环节的标准业务流程,形成规范工作、提高效率、完善监控的票据管理模式。

| Abstract: | As an important component of the school＇s financial management,the management quality of notes affects the school＇s educational level and scale directly. Based on the present situation of the notes management in higher vocational colleges,we should attach importance to the notes management, refining the notes management system ,standardizing the process of notes use ,strengthening the tracking management of the bills issued in advance. By means of the modern information management tools, we can improve the management level of notes and regulate the charging of the school fees. In response to the complex notes management,we should design a standardized business process covering the purchasing, distribution, using, fare checking, the appropriate accounting treatment, storage, write-off and other key aspects to form the notes management model which helps to standardize work, increase efficiency and improve the monitoring. |
