| 摘 要： | 从PLC课程实践教学的培养目标出发,分析了本专业适应时代需求的创新人才的特征,探讨了科技创新教育与实践教学在培养创新人才中的重要作用,并结合PLC课程实践教学改革的特点介绍了培养创新型人才的初步实践体会。
