摘    要:本文主要研究了Al(Ⅲ)-CAS-OP三元配合物显色体系。在pH=5.5的HAc-NaAc介质中,该配合物的λmax=560 nm,εmax=4.8×104 L·mol-1·cm-1。Al(Ⅲ)量在0~3.2 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,符合比尔定律,其线性回归方程为A=478 33C-0.010 3;相关系数r=0.999 0。摩尔比法测定了该配合物配位比为1:2:4。以抗坏血酸作掩蔽剂,利用该体系测定粉条中的铝含量,回收率为91%~101%。

Abstract:The chromogenic system of Al(Ⅲ)-CAS-OP ternary complex was investigated.In the medium of HAc-NaAc,maximum absorb wave-length of the complex was 560 nm and εmax was 4.8×104 L.mol.cm-1.Beer’s law was obeyed for Al(Ⅲ) in the range of 0~3.2 mg/L.The linear equation was A=47833C-0.0103,and the correlation coefficient was 0.990.The composition ratio of the ternary complexes was 1:2:4 by using the method of molar ratio.The Al(Ⅲ) content in vermicelli was meatrued by using the system with ascorbic acid as masking agent.The recovery was 91%~106%.
