| 摘 要： | 基于科技成果转化的功能和原则,构建了科技成果转化的评价指标体系。通过对待转化成果各项技术、经济社会效益、风险等指标的考察,能够让科技成果评估机构和人员公正、科学、高效地对大量的成果作出综合全面的评价,指导和促进科技成果转化工作的规范、有效进行。
