| 摘 要： | 国际商务专业硕士教育在我国虽刚刚起步,却成为了专业学位教育的一种重要形式。人才培养模式取决于经济发展和社会需求,国际商务专业硕士培养的人才必需是符合全球化形势下的国际化人才。本文试图从人才培养目标、课程设置和教学方式、师资队伍建设以及实习和就业的国际化角度出发,探索国际商务专业硕士的人才培养模式,以期进一步提高我国国际商务专业硕士人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | Though the Master of International Business program is still in its initial stage,it has become a very important one in China.Personnel training mode depends on economic development and social needs,thus,students in this program have to be trained to meet requirements of globalization.This paper is to give some thoughts on the training mode of the program from the international perspective of talent training goals,curriculum plans,teaching methods,faculty team building,internship and employment,in order to improve the quality of the program in China. |
