| 摘 要： | 《高等学校档案管理办法》是高校档案管理工作与时俱进的产物，是推进高校档案事业可持续发展的重要举措。高等学校应当以此为契机，建立健全完善的档案管理制度和机制，加强档案信息资源建设，促进档案基础业务的开展，全面推动高校档案管理信息化建设，实现档案资源共享，为建设数字校园服务。

| Abstract: | The revised document,File Management of Colleges and Universities,is a product of the times,and an important measure to promote the sustainable development of the archive management in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should take this as a chance to set up and amplify the rules and regulations,enhance the construction of the information resources,promote the basic business of archives development,put forward its informationalization and share the archive resources to serve the construction of a digital campus. |
