| 摘 要： | 基于1992—2006年我国34个工业行业的面板数据,在测度产业贸易竞争优势指数的基础上,利用固定效应、随机效应的面板数据模型,实证分析了环境规制对贸易竞争优势的静态影响,并进一步构建了联立方程模型(SEM),通过情景模拟的方法,实证检验了环境规制对贸易竞争优势的传导路径。结论表明:环境规制通过技术、规模、结构三大传导机制对我国目前的成本价格型贸易竞争优势的终端影响应是负向的。推进我国贸易竞争优势由价格竞争转向品质竞争,使自主创新能力与贸易竞争优势正向挂钩,是发挥环境规制积极效应的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Based on the panel data of 34 industries from 1992 to 2006 in China,this paper analyzes the current trade competitive advantage in the China's industry,and examines the impact of environmental regulation on trade competitive advantage using fixed effect and random effect panel data model.Further more,this paper examines the transmission mechanism by using simultaneous equation model.The conclusion shows that environmental regulation has negative technology,scale,and structure effects on trade competitive advantage.The key to take advantage of environmental regulation is to promote the trade competitive advantage of China shifted from price competition to quality competition,to promote the positive linkage between innovation capability and industrial competitiveness. |
