| 摘 要： | 伴随着改革开放的深化和社会主义市场经济体制的确立,国家和社会的关系发生了全面而深刻的变化。以市场经济为取向、以“小政府、大社会”为模式的社会变革加速了国家与社会的分离,社区建设成为必然。我国现代社区建设需要一个善于调动、开发和利用各种社会资源及其能动性的社区管理新体制,要求政府与社会之间能够形成共生共长、相辅相成的良性互动关系。构建“强国家—强社会”的国家与社会关系模式是我国现代社区健康发展的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Along with the deepening of reformation and opening and the establishment of socialist market economy,the relation between nation and society changed all-sidedly and deeply.The social transformation based on market economy and "small government and big society" quickened the seperation of society from the state.Therefore,community construction has become necessary.Our country's modern community construction requires a new community-management system that can stimulate,develop and utilize all sorts of social resources.In addition,a mutually beneficial relation between government and society should be established.Constructing the nation-society relation mode of "strong nation and strong society" is the only measure we must take to guarantee the sound development of modern community. |
