| 摘 要： | 对影响战略联盟的各种因素进行了理论探讨.战略联盟从经济学角度可以分为范围联盟和规模联盟.其中,基于组建联盟的不同目的.范围联盟又可以分为技术联盟和营销联盟,而规模联盟可以分为最终产品联盟和产品部件联盟.战略联盟的不同类型和目的会影响联盟的绩效表现.此外,联盟特征和母公司特征也会对联盟绩效产生影响.其中联盟特征包括联盟组织方式、覆盖市场范围、合作企业数量和联盟成立时间;母公司特征包括组建联盟的各个合作企业之间交叉持股的情况,相对竞争地位.各自组建联盟的经历和经验,以及相互之间的地理位置关系等.
